Bridgeland is a cultural staple. Bridge offers 285 apartment-style living spaces, with a choice of 1 or 2 bedroom lifestyle options. Suites range from 436 sqft to 1029 sqft. Bridge is located in the heart of Bridgeland one of Calgary’s most culturally diverse areas. This award-winning urban community features some of the city’s best shops, restaurants, and entertainment. With a small town feel this walkable community, just northeast of Calgary’s downtown, is a great place to park your bike, e-scooter, or car and explore on foot.

Our challenge was to promote this property and its care free living vision to potential residents. We assisted in developing several creative campaigns that helped their audience reimagine living their best life in the Heart of Bridgeland.

BRAND IDENTITY

In collaboration with the team at JEMM Properties and BLWTR, we created a fully realistic storyboard for the Bridge narrative. The new brand story described the connections and stories around Bridgeland community enveloped with contemporary culture with rich history, in a style as unique as the neighbourhood itself. COMMUNITY DRIVEN

Residents want an authentic human connection with the property and the community they reside in. Our goal was to develop a community within The Bridge and the Bridgeland community. Creating monthly events for the Bridge residents enabled us to create powerful emotional connections with residents and the community vendors. This tight-knit relationship will enhance the well being of residents and a sense of pride in calling Bridge home. Community-building is a long-term process that requires care and consistency. At its core, it is about relationship building, and strong relationships need trust and time to flourish. Bonus: Tenant retention reduces by 80%!
