Brand identity is about crafting a personality that amplifies the core elements to brand’s DNA. The new brand story described the intersection of contemporary culture with rich history, in a style as unique as the neighbourhood itself.

Design assets were made flexible for an immense spectrum of application— big and small.

We kicked off the project by brainstorming along with the client. Our challenge was to promote this development’s neighborhood charm.

To provide clean, bright, convenient, safe and cheerful living spaces which families and individuals can call home and to restore their pride in being part of the Beverly community.
With the design of the logo we tried something different. We transformed the old visual identity into a much more bold style. Combined with the strategy and the other visual elements we created a brand book. That functioned as the foundation for the new website and marketing expressions.
